Etching on Paper, 67 x 53cm
Minh Mo’othe is our language word for fruit bat. This is an important totem for our people. When the rainbow serpent traveled through the country he vomited all the living animals. He especially vomited fruit bats. Fruit bats are like his eyes and ears. They are connected to the serpent.
