Warjili bee produces bush honey. The honey is found underneath the rocks and we have to dig it out. We can tell if it is male, by the length of the wax on the tree. The male bee makes the best honey for eating. The bee lives in the rocks and trees. The white, white flowers of the messmate and the coolibah tree let us know when it is time to hunt for the honey.
